The idea is to collect old plates and tiles to create a mosaic on a support (chipboard or similar), also reclaimed.
During this workshop, we learn to prepare a surface, apply adhesive to a tile (here, pieces of tiles), and grout prepared and assembled tiles to create a personal artwork.
We acquire the basics of tiling while creating and having fun.
This textile printing workshop using a linocut process takes place over several sessions with the same group. First, we collect the environmental and human themes proposed by group members and develop slogans from them.
Following this, a member of the association carves drawings corresponding to the proposed phrases onto lino. Finally, we hold one or more printing sessions so that those who wish can print a design onto a garment.
Using the same principle as the mosaic workshop, we make light fixtures from reclaimed materials such as driftwood, tin cans, crockery, colanders or any other object that each person's imagination leads them to choose.
We learn how to make an electrical assembly from a plug, a cable, a socket and a bulb.
This workshop allows participants to acquire skills (in this case in electrical work and material assembly) while having fun and unleashing their creativity.
